Which face wash or acne treatment should i use?

i have mild-moderate acne...its worse during my period. ive been suffering with it for about 2 years now. Ive tried everything from proactiv, arbonne acne system, the things you buy at the drug store, and clinique acne systems and cliniques formula for oily skin. clinique was controling my acne but it was never really 100% clear. i just recently started breakin out with the under the skin pimples ( 1-2 by mouth and chin). I tried proactiv again...assuming itll work...so far no help and ive been usiing for a week... I started tanning in march to prepare for prom, during which that time i was usually pimple less around the mouth but sometimes the under the skin pimples would c0me on my forehead. anyways -- what are some skin care lines that are recommended... ( i usually like the 3 step cleanser - toner- and moisturizer process)

also, waht are tips tokeeep zits from coming?

i do exfoliate with a mint julep mask 1-2 times a week.Which face wash or acne treatment should i use?

**** YOU U PIECE OF UGLY **** WITH ACNE
You don't want to use too much.

Putting too many acne creams/washes on your face can actually make your face produce even more oil, causing more acne.

As a teenager, skin is never one hundred percent clear, but if you continually suffer from this after using all of the ';best'; over the counter acne treatments, your best bet is to make an appointment with your local dermatologist who will be able to provide you with a medication or wash that is slightly stronger than those sold in stores or television.

Another factor is the temperature of the water you are using to wash your face with. Water that is too cold will only push the dirt and oil around on your face.

Water too hot can end up increasing oil production, and making your acne worse.

Also, NEVER squeeze black heads, white head or pimple no matter how badly you want too. Although to your eyes it appears you are only squeezing one pore, the dirt actually pushes into other pores, causing them to become inflamed. Since you are having under the skin acne now, squeezing those will cause HUGE cystic pimples.

I personally use Clearasil Ultra daily face wash, and it works relatively well for me. Most other washes have really dried out my skin or made it worse.

Due to the increased hormones during your period, your skin produces more oil and you break out more. That's unavoidable.

Anyway, my point is that your best bet would be to meet your dermatologist, tell him/her all of your problems as listed above as well as all of the medications/washes you have used. They should be able to provide something that will help you out. One more thing, some prescribed medications/washes can make acne appear worse before becoming better.

Good luck!
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
