I began using a new fash wash and within a few days, my face is super-irrated..?
It is red and hot, flakey, and itchy. Also, my eyes are almost swollen shut. Anyone have any suggestions to bring the swelling down and help with my skin?I began using a new fash wash and within a few days, my face is super-irrated..?
Hi,
What kind of facewash? Maybe it's not suitable for your sensitive skin. Try using natural based products, they won't irritate or overdry your skin. Harnn and Thann carry great lines for all skin types, and theres no worry of bad reactions!
Check out there products at
www.thann.caI began using a new fash wash and within a few days, my face is super-irrated..?
that happened to me once, i just put petroleum jelly on my face and drank lots of water.
Stop using it.

Will it work if I wash my face...
I read online that it is best to wash your face (using a good facial scrub) with hot water to open my pores, and to close my pores using cold water and blotting it with a clean face towel. Will it work if I wash my face...
no hot water is bad for your skin cold water is actually good for your skin especially if you have acneWill it work if I wash my face...
thats correct. hot water does help open your pores and clean your face.
you don't want to use cold water to wash your face with though.

Should you change face washes once in a while?
My friend told me that you should change face washes once in a while... She forgot the reason why lol.
Is this true? And why should ya???
Thanks you!Should you change face washes once in a while?
Having worked in the personal care industry before, I'm sad to say that there is still no definite answer to this question.
If its working, then obviously there is no reason to change. In fact, any change could cause unwanted irritation and leave you wishing you had done nothing.
However, over time your skin's oils to develop a resistance to your medicated face wash, requiring additional strength (salicylic acid, most likely) or more frequent uses. Personally I recommend against it if you are satisfied with the quality and appearance of your face as it is right now.Should you change face washes once in a while?
i do it to see if it works better than the last one i was using also i've heard that ur face can get used to it and not work as well as when you started out with it
I don't think so. If you have something that works, why change it? ';If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'; I recently changed face washes, just because it was cheaper and I thought I'd try it and face broke out. I'll never make that mistake again. Stick with what works.

Help!! Please!! After applying face wash...?
how long do i have to leave it before rising it for it to be effective ??
Thank YouHelp!! Please!! After applying face wash...?
if its normal facewash (cleanser) you take it off straight away.
If its a mask you normally leave it on for about 10 minutes but it depends.
If you've still got it on rinse it off quickly!! xxxxHelp!! Please!! After applying face wash...?
you don't leave it... you just massage it on your face until you think you've covered it all and are clean, then rinse it off right then.
Rising what?

Face wash/ overnight cream?
my face has been having like little pimples lately, and the pores are getting bigger, can you suggest a really good face wash, or a sort of cream or something to leave on overnight...thank youFace wash/ overnight cream?
Do not mess ur face with cream whole night. when you are going to bed, wash your face with good acne face wash.. and gently apply good moisturizer. leave it as it is. Otherwise, pores will be blocked all the time. Face wash/ overnight cream?
Neutrigena Wave and Neutrigena On-the-Spot (together)
I like this neutrogena face wash that comes in a blue bottle. It works well and smells good! Proactiv is good too but it's really expensive.
